The staff member who serves us is excellent. They keep everything clean and organized. the Coffee Machine it's Excellent. The reception staff is excellent because they provide immediate solutions.

The front desk staff is excellent,,, friendly AND efficient, especially Eugeniia(aka Jane). She was helpful to me when I needed to patch together several reservations. I was quite frazzled, needing a place after Hurricane Helene. Also, she helped me with the computer/printer for the insurance Co. documentation. The cleaning staff on the 3rd floor also are welcoming and helpful. The hotel is well maintained and staffed. I am grateful. Thank you.

The location was very easy to get to . The breakfast was real nice with great variety of choices. The room was real nice, we really loved the bathroom setup. The shower had great water pressure and never ran out of hot water! Loved the spacious shower with the glass doors! We also liked the placement of the elevators. You don't have to go through the lobby with everything. I also loved the curbs with each parking space to give you enough room to back in and open the back of your vehicle.

Joshua, the night auditor is AMAZING! I was only booked for one night and wanted to add one more- so he registered me for the Best Western rewards program. He helped me save $50! I saw him the next morning to confirm the extra night and he remembered my friggin room number!! Sometimes it’s the little things. The location was stellar for my purposes- just off the highway and close to Woodruff Road. Room was clean and had all the essentials. King bed was super comfy with pillows of varying firmness. I was grateful to have a room away from the ice machine and the stairwell door.

1. The overall experience exceeded my expectations. The hotel had an excellent staff, provided exceptional service, and was impeccably clean. 2. The staff members were always helpful and knowledgeable about the area. 3. I don't recall the name of the man with blonde hair who worked on Wednesday night, but he went above and beyond to accommodate my son with cerebral palsy. His exceptional service was truly outstanding. 4. Additionally, the breakfast was amazing. I will definitely book this hotel when my son is having his surgery.
